HUMBOLDT September 16, 2014.-Among the sands of Algeria.

From the 15th of September, our young osprey "Humboldt" in his epic to their winter quarters, made grandstanding days flapping their wings from sunrise to sunset.

Then, it crosses the border between Morocco and Algeria, he traveled about 160 km in less than seven hours and it overnights in the Province of Tinduf. After the overnight rest, "Humboldt" continues his adventure into the desert of Algeria. Next day, it flies for nearly ten hours to travel 300 Km. It crosses the border of Algeria and Mauritania.

Golden eyes as the Sahara, have seen the anguished sand and sullen reliefs unable to spot its beloved paradise of abundance and serenity, but in his heart knows that is going well.

Sharing feelings of hope and freedom from the Saharawi refugee camps could admire this raptor´s flight and long wings, again, allowed life to beat another day.

Crossing the border at the end of September 16, "Humboldt" has to rest. Mauritania remains an entire desert, it won´t be easy.
