11th of May, World Migratory Bird Day!

Next Sunday 11, celebrate with us The World Migratory Bird Day in the Urdaibai Bird Center!

We will have lots of activities throughout the morning:

- From 10:00: Demonstration of a scientific ringing day. Everybody who approaches to the center will have the chance to see how birds are ringed, to learn what is the aim of this work and to get to know the most common species of the area.  

- Guided visits at 11:00 (Basque) and at 12:30 (Spanish),  both of them will last one hour. Do not forget to book  in advance. (Reservations: 699 839 202)

- Advice on migratory birds in the outdoor hides during the morning.

- "Txoko" for kids:  draw your favorite bird.

Moreover, throughout the day form 10:00 to 20:00, self-guided visits will be free. 

Doesn´t matter when you arrive, you will have endless possibilities to spend a nice day with us.
