This will be sent, with the help of Birding Euskadi and Naturzoom company, to the Birdfair 2014 which is known as the most important International Birdwatching Fair held. It is celebrated every year in Rutland, England.

The organization of Birdfair will send to Gambia football kits of different countries that are participating in the fair. Gambia is the place where ringed and marked ospreys of  Rutland overwinter.

The special relationship with Gambia is due to their participation in the Osprey Flyways Project, which aims to create links between schools in different countries along the migration route of the osprey. Another aspect of it is to provide environmental education in the major regions of wintering ospreys, such as Gambia.

Urdaibai Bird Center wants to contribute their bit to this gesture. We pioneered the project; we have been a year and a half working in the Flyways Project Osprey with children in schools of Urretxindorra and Montorre in Urdaibai.
